    • Description: Would have formally recognized SDM as a less restrictive alternative to guardianship consistent with the Uniform Guardianship, Conservatorship, and Other Protective Arrangements Act.
    • Status: Failed – Died in standing committee (Judiciary) on April 25, 2019.
