Overview

Wyoming has not passed a supported decision-making statute or legislation. It does have a supported decision-making statute related to nondiscrimination in anatomic gifts and organ transplants. No supported decision-making bills are pending. We are not aware of any case law denying petitions for guardianship (or terminating existing guardianships) in favor of supported decision-making.
