International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) v. Belgium (PDF)
The FIDH complained of a shortage of accommodations for highly dependent adults with disabilities and alleged violations of Articles 13 § 3, 14 § 1, 15 § 3, 16, 30, and Article E of the Revised European Social Charter. The government argued that there were no violations because it had made all of the accommodations possible given the current economic constraints. Ruling against Belgian government.
